EKO HOT BLOG reports that three officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) were allegedly caught in election rigging at Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State on Saturday during the 2023 governorship and house of assembly elections.
A viral video clip shared online showed the moment the suspected election riggers were caught with already thumb-printed bunches of ballot papers.

The ballot papers, however, retrieved from them which were hidden in black nylon leather have the majority of the thumb-printed ballots for APC.
The three women were speechless while expressing shock that they were caught in the act.
