Portable urged Bobrisky to “repent from sinful ways” and reconsider his lifestyle choices.
This suggestion comes on the heels of Bobrisky’s feelings of despair triggered by an incriminating audio recording released by social media influencer Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan.
The recording claimed that Bobrisky paid ₦15 million in bribes to officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to dismiss his money laundering charges.

In response to these allegations, the EFCC has invited both VeryDarkMan and Bobrisky for questioning regarding the bribery claims. The EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, has also ordered an immediate investigation into the alleged bribery involving Bobrisky and some of the Commission’s officers.
Earlier on Thursday, Bobrisky took to his Instagram page to express his frustration over public scrutiny, revealing his suicidal thoughts in a now-deleted post.
In reaction to Bobrisky’s post, Portable advised against considering suicide and instead urged him to seek God’s forgiveness and embark on a path of redemption. He emphasized the importance of repentance for personal growth and well-being.
“Bobrisky, life is risky. God does not want sinners to die. You need to repent. Any sinner that does not repent is damned. If you die, you are going to hell. Beg God to forgive you. God does not want a sinner to perish,” Portable stated.
He added, “Help me tell Bobrisky to ask God for forgiveness. All Bobrisky needs is to seek God’s mercy. If he repents, he will enjoy life. But if he doesn’t, the consequences will be dire.”
