Candidates who participated in the exam can check their scores by sending “UTMERESULT” via SMS to either 55019 or 66019, using the phone number linked to their registration. For now, only result checking is available, as printing of official result slips has not yet commenced.

JAMB noted that the examination process is still in progress and assured that more results will be released in stages as marking continues.
The Board also warned against any form of result manipulation or misrepresentation. It specifically cautioned candidates not to tamper with SMS notifications to falsely present scores to parents or others.
Describing such actions as criminal, JAMB revealed that it has already taken enforcement steps, with two candidates and a parent currently in custody over alleged result falsification involving digital tools.

The Board stressed that anyone found guilty of such offences will face legal consequences and urged all candidates to follow official procedures while upholding honesty throughout the examination process.
