EKO HOT BLOG reports that Jones, who also voiced King Mufasa in Disney’s animated classic “The Lion King,” had an illustrious and diverse career spanning more than six decades.

Jones appeared in numerous other notable films, including Conan the Barbarian alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Field of Dreams with Kevin Costner in 1989.
Despite his vast body of work, Jones was perhaps best known for his role as the voice of Darth Vader, one of cinema’s most iconic villains.
While the towering British actor David Prowse embodied Vader’s physical presence, it was Jones’ powerful and menacing voice that gave the character his unforgettable identity.
Jones delivered some of the franchise’s most memorable lines, including the famous revelation to Luke Skywalker, portrayed by Mark Hamill: “I am your father.”
Hamill paid tribute to Jones on social media on Monday, sharing the news of his death with the simple message: “#RIP dad” accompanied by a broken heart emoji.
