We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Visualisation Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Strong reporting and data visualization
experience across a variety of tools (Visio, ppt, excellent in excel and Microsoft word)
High IQ and a good communicator
Ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into high impact reports and visualizations
In-depth knowledge around best practices in data visualization design and the presentation of information in order to enable business users to arrive at insights quickly and efficiently
Strong communication skills and a good listener.
Experience working in agile development environments and an agile mindset (rapid iterations and deliverables, ongoing engagement with business stakeholders).
Book meetings and schedule events
Order office stationery and supplies
Maintain internal databases
Submit expense reports
Keep employee records (physical and digital)
Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare regular reports and presentations
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Answer and redirect phone calls
Make travel arrangements
Handle queries from managers and employees
Update office policies and ensure compliance with them

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree qualification
3 – 5 years work experience.
