Job Description
This role is responsible for meeting the visual communication needs of the organization. This process starts from conceptualization to execution and sign off.
Responsibilities
Thematic & Print Design:
Get design brief from stakeholders.
Conceptualization and development of design
Share with supervisor and stakeholders
Get design approvals
Execute production (sending to relevant stakeholders for utilization)
Vendor Relationship Management:
Work with the Procurement department to ensure the following:
Call/email vendors for updates on design projects
Liaise with vendor to ensure timely delivery
Quotes request for services as required
Quality control for merchandise, print media and other deliverables.
Skills and Knowledge
Educational Qualifications & Technical Skills:
A Degree in fine art, graphic design, communication design, 3D design, illustration or visual art
A design, printing or art expression course will be a good foundation.
Should be proficient in the use of:

Relevant Experience:
Previous work in an advertising agency, visual communications or graphics design department of any organization or freelance experience
A strong design portfolio spanning 2 years ranging from digital media design to print.

Job Title: Post – Production Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The Post-Production Officer is responsible for aspects of TEC’s production such as videography, photography, and post-production.
Responsibilities
Videography:
Shoot video production footage and B-rolls.
Assist in creating motion graphics and graphical elements for video contents, sermon intros, promos, announcements, bumpers, as well as for live-broadcast applications.
Photography:
Manage photography coverage during events and services.
Edit raw pictures and provide them to relevant teams as needed.
Broadcast Production:
Transfer, edit, render, and encode all Elevation Church services and content as well as any program as directed or required.
Make digital copies of videos available for posting to the organization’s web site weekly, audio/video podcast, and other mobile content versions as required.
Prepare broadcasts in required formats for all platforms including TV stations, online platforms, websites etc.
Editing & Post-Production:
Assemble all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer
Upload videos on various websites for approval and distribution
Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer
Library & Equipment Management:
Monitor/maintain photographs, video recording & playback systems including the cameras, tripods, distributors, scalers, projectors, lights, etc.
Manage data archives and insure that all raw footage and edited material is being stored properly –with adequate redundancy.
Transcode Footage
Organize Project Folders
Archive Completed Projects
Properly care for and maintain edit platform and update software regularly to insure optimum speed and reliability.
Volunteer Unit Support:
Troubleshoot and repair media equipment during service

Job Description
The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for driving the vision and mission of the Church by managing and building engagement with those who interact with TEC through our digital channels; attracting and targeting potential ‘customers’ whose profiles fit our target class and managing the Digital Marketing team.
This person must be a visionary, be highly tech-savvy, and keen to take the digital presence of the church to greater heights.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Visioning:
Leading and overseeing the research, development, and production of quality content for on-line and off-line for TEC.
Create digital marketing strategies and implement digital marketing plans or roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business to include digital PR, SEO, PPC, Social CRM, Affiliate, and Email marketing.
Evolve aggressive growth and engagement goals across new and existing social media platforms including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the website.
Determine suitable digital strategies for the church to adopt on all digital platforms. This includes but is not limited to strategies for church events, campaigns, message themes, publicity, etc.
Managing content campaigns, across online owned and paid media channels
Increasing awareness of the brand, product, and services both internally and externally through outreach and digital media amplification.
Successfully implement content strategy per brand to achieve set brand objectives
Conceptualization, work with other departments including creative and technology to generate audience-specific content to meet targeted goals.

Research, implement and maintain both new and existing search engine optimization and search engine marketing efforts for the church.
Responsible for managing and implementing successful paid and natural search campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and volume.
Optimize the marketing of all church apps, learning management systems and other portals.
Email Marketing:
Create email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events or other initiatives of the church with the aim of nurturing engagement.
Create a database of emails for lead generation.
Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
Reporting:
Responsible for analytics and optimisation solutions and systems with innovative ideas that can improve customer experience.
Responsible for the accurate implementation of the visitor, lead and sales tracking and analysis across multiple platforms for TEC.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
A first degree in Communications, Media, or related field.

Relevant Experience:
7+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing Management in a technology/innovation-driven field or industry.
Must have at least 3 years’ experience leading a digital marketing team.
