EKO HOT BLOG reports that a campaign team has been registered in the United States of America (USA) to pursue the success of the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections.
The registered group, BAT Network Vision International, USA chapter, was registered to canvass support for the APC presidential candidate ahead of the 2023 elections in Nigeria.
BATNVI has in its leadership team Olugbenga Oladimeji, Busola Akinrin, Grace Adeboye, Bukky Oluderu and Fred Akinsheinwa all based in the US.
A statement jointly signed by the leadership of the group revealed that the group would reach out to Nigerians in the diaspora to see how they could make their contributions towards making the 2023 general elections a success.
According to the statement, “We are looking at addressing and canvassing other Nigerians resident in the US to see how they could help reposition Nigeria back to a developing nation.
“We need to let them know who the APC’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, really is. It is imperative we give them graphic analysis of what Lagos used to be before the advent of Tinubu’s administration as the executive governor of the state in 1999 and what Lagos is now.
“Nigerians here are yearning for good governance, security of life and property as well as a revamped economy. We all know that our country, Nigeria, is no longer a production hub but had been turned to a consuming economy.
” Having observed how Tinubu was able to turn around Lagos by designing a new road map for the state, which every successful administration has been implementing, surely he would able to give us a new Nigeria.
