A fire broke out at the headquarters of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) in Abuja, on Sunday morning, which affected some offices, Eko Hot Blog has learnt.
Confirming the incident via its official Twitter handle, the service said that the Federal Fire Service and other agencies around the airport have put out the fire.

It said an inquiry into the incident is already underway, assuring the public that the incident would not affect its services.
A fire incident occurred in our Service Headquarters this Morning. It affected some of our Offices.
2.The fire has been put out by our Federal Fire Station&support from other agencies around the Airport.
