The Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has approved the immediate provision and distribution of new whiteboards to public primary schools within the council, following reports highlighting the need for improved classroom facilities.
Eko Hot Blog reports that according to the Chairman, the decision was taken after reviewing feedback on the condition of teaching boards in some learning environments across the LCDA.

“The moment the report got to my attention, we acted without delay,” he said. “Our pupils deserve a supportive and modern learning environment, and we will continue to ensure that our schools are properly equipped.”
Kasali reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to quality education, emphasizing that learning infrastructure remains a priority.

“Education is the foundation of a progressive society,” he noted. “We will not slow down on efforts that enhance the quality of learning and support our teachers.”

School heads and teachers across the LCDA expressed gratitude for the swift intervention, stating that the upgraded boards will significantly improve classroom interaction and teaching efficiency.
The whiteboard distribution initiative complements other educational projects carried out by the RBK-led administration, including classroom construction and renovation, school bus provision, and regular supply of instructional materials to pupils.
