Wahab explained that the Lagos State Wastewater Management Office took action after receiving complaints from the public about pollution in the area.
The statement said, “After public complaints and in our efforts to keep Lagos safe and clean, the Lagos State Wastewater Management Office sealed off Myca 7 Court this morning for intentionally pumping sewage into public drains.

This caused a public nuisance, polluted the environment, and put people’s health at risk.
“Any act that harms the environment and threatens public health will be dealt with strictly, including sanctions or prosecution.”
