The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has completed the construction of a perimeter fence at RCM Primary School, Oriyanrin, reinforcing his administration’s commitment to safeguarding public school infrastructure and ensuring a secure learning environment for pupils.

Speaking on the intervention, Engr. Kasali stressed that child safety remains central to his administration’s education agenda, adding that meaningful learning can only take place in a secure and well-protected environment.
“The safety of our school children is non-negotiable. Quality education can only thrive where pupils are adequately protected, and this is why we will continue to invest in infrastructure that secures our public schools,” he stated.
The Chairman noted that the fencing of RCM Primary School, Oriyanrin, forms part of a broader initiative by Lekki LCDA to upgrade public school infrastructure, improve learning conditions, and promote the welfare of pupils across the council area.
