Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has successfully concluded a three-day intensive workshop on Digital Presentation and Communication Mastery for management staff and selected officers of the Council.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the programme, designed to boost digital literacy and presentation skills among public officials, focused on leveraging modern digital tools to create impactful, professional-grade presentations for government engagements, community interactions, and inter-agency communication.
Declaring the workshop open, the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), said technology-driven governance is the new standard for effective public administration.
“The world is advancing rapidly, and public service must continue to evolve with global best practices to ensure better service delivery and effective communication with the people,” he stated.

“Our administration remains committed to empowering our workforce with the right skills to serve our residents better.”
Participants applauded the initiative, noting that the training exposed them to new digital tools, improved their presentation confidence, and strengthened their capacity for modern governance engagement.
Many described the experience as hands-on, insightful and highly beneficial for professional growth.
The workshop forms part of ongoing human-capacity development efforts under the Kasali-led administration, targeted at improving administrative efficiency, communication culture and service delivery across all departments in Lekki LCDA.
