Ojelabi, who also chairs the party’s campaign committee, encouraged local government chairmanship candidates to work closely with people from all ethnic backgrounds within their communities.
He pointed out that development projects carried out by local government leaders would benefit everyone, regardless of ethnic background, making it essential to foster cooperation.
He urged residents to see their votes as an investment in the progress of the state.
Ojelabi appealed to voters to support APC candidates, assuring that they would drive grassroots development, especially in areas like agriculture, education, and healthcare.
Highlighting the party’s track record at both federal and state levels, he referenced President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms and Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu’s development strides in Lagos.
He expressed confidence that the party’s 57 chairmanship candidates would bring similar improvements to the local level if elected.
Ojelabi also called on party members to rally behind the candidates, stressing that the APC, which has governed Lagos since 1999, remains committed to grassroots progress.
He urged loyal party members to engage with their neighbours and encourage them to vote for APC candidates.
He concluded by reaffirming the party’s dedication to working hand in hand with the people to improve their lives, promising that APC candidates would align with the governor’s vision and contribute to Lagos State’s overall development.
