Eko Hot Blog Hunter, in a recent interview, claimed that Melania met her husband, Donald Trump, through Epstein—a statement which her legal team has strongly denied, describing it as false, malicious, and damaging to her reputation.

The statement was made during a wide-ranging conversation with filmmaker Andrew Callaghan, where Hunter said documents not yet made public would implicate Donald Trump. According to him, “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump—the connections run deep and wide.”
In response, Melania’s lawyers sent a formal letter to Biden’s legal representative, demanding a retraction and public apology. The letter accuses him of using falsehoods “to attract attention and profit off the reputation of others.
The former First Lady’s team warned that failure to apologise would result in a lawsuit seeking over $1bn in damages for the “severe financial and reputational harm” the claim has allegedly caused.
The controversial remark was reportedly tied to earlier claims made by a journalist in a now-retracted article.

That publication had suggested Melania may have known someone linked to both Epstein and Trump before meeting her husband.
However, after a legal complaint, the article was withdrawn, with the publisher issuing an apology for any misunderstanding.
Melania Trump’s aide issued a firm warning, saying: “Her lawyers are actively pursuing those who spread damaging lies to ensure swift retractions and apologies.”
Hunter Biden, however, has refused to apologise. When asked whether he would withdraw his comments, he replied, “That’s not going to happen.”
He went further to say that the lawsuit was merely a “distraction”, and welcomed the opportunity for legal proceedings. According to him, if the matter reaches court, he would be “happy to question both Trumps under oath.”
There is no evidence that Melania was introduced to Donald Trump by Epstein. In a 2016 magazine interview, Melania shared that they met in November 1998 at a party hosted by a modelling agency owner. At the time, Donald Trump was still legally married to his second wife, though separated.
