The Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has joined dignitaries across Nigeria in congratulating His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo (Telade IV), the Alara of Ilara Kingdom, on his 5th coronation anniversary.

Eko Hot Blog reports that Dr. Alausa praised the monarch for his remarkable contributions to peace, progress, and educational growth in Ilara and the wider Epe Division.

He described Oba Ogunsanwo as a visionary leader whose reign has fostered unity, development, and transformation in the community.

He further commended traditional rulers across Nigeria, from the South West, South East, South South, North Central, North East, and North West ,for the unity and love they continue to share in building one Nigeria and one brotherhood.
In his goodwill message, Dr. Alausa said:
“Your Majesty, I congratulate you on this landmark 5th anniversary.
You have continued to foster peace, education, and development in Ilara Kingdom, and I pray that your reign will be longer, healthier, wealthier, and filled with prosperity for your people.”

He also praised Olori Bolanle Ogunsanwo for her supportive role to the monarch and for championing empowerment initiatives in the community, noting that she is following in the footsteps of Lady Doja Otedola, the former First Lady of Lagos State, who at 94 years old remains a great matriarch of the land.
“Olori Bolanle has been a strong pillar beside His Majesty, giving care to the throne and offering impactful empowerment programmes to the community.
She is indeed walking the noble path of Lady Doja Otedola, a woman who has done so much for our people.
We continue to pray for Mama Doja Otedola, that God grants her longer life, good health, and more strength,” he added.
Dr. Alausa concluded with heartfelt prayers for the Alara and the Ilara Kingdom, wishing the community continued peace, unity, and prosperity.
