The Alumni Association of Michael Otedola College of Primary Education (MOCPED) , Noforija, Epe in Lagos State felicitates and commemorates with the Lagos State Government, past Governing Councils, Management, Staff and students on the occasion of 25th Anniversary of MOCPED.
Mr. Idris Adebanjo Salami, the National President noted that since the College was established in December 1994, it had made impact on the neighbouring communities, Lagos State and Nigeria in general.
Mr. Salami who is also the National Auditor of Colleges of Education Old Students’ Association in Nigeria observed that some of the students who graduated from the College had been Lecturers and non-teaching staff in the College while some are working with State and Federal Government as some are holding political positions.
Among them, are Hon.Tosin Osunuga Former Sole Administrator and incumbent Secretary to the Local Government, Lekki LCDA, Mr. Idowu Tunde Moshood Secretary to the Local Government, Oriade LCDA,
Mr. Sulaimon Yusuf, Former Executive Secretary, Ikosi- Ejirin Local Council Development Area. The Association also has Mrs. Favour Akinrinola Ph.D Computer Science, Lecturer, MOCPED and ONI, Mariam Adejoke, Ph.D Counselling, Department of Education and Library Services Local Government Service Commission.
The Association is proud of her Alma Mater and appreciates the Management and staff for a wonderful work and tutelage of the students. Particular reference must be made to the giant strides and strong commitment of the Provost, Associate Professor Nosiru Olajide Onibon for his unflinching support to the Alumni Association of the College.
The Association therefore promises to give back more than it has been doing to the College.
