Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards while managing kitchen staff.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and addressing complaints.
- Organizing staff schedules, tracking work hours, and managing payroll.
- Procuring raw food, supplies, and equipment while maintaining budget control.
- Supervising front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Managing bookkeeping, controlling operational costs, and minimizing waste.
- Evaluating staff performance and providing training or disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably female candidate.
- Proven ability to run a restaurant with minimal supervision.
Salary:
N160,000 – N180,000 monthly.
