Ekohotblog reports that on Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary, Honourable House of Representative member, representing Epe Federal constituency, Hon. Wale Raji, shared a heartfelt message concerning the strength and unity of Nigerians.
He compared the determination of today’s citizens to the sacrifices made by the country’s founding fathers during the fight for independence.

In his message to the nation and his constituents, Hon. Raji praised the strong spirit of Nigerians and called for continued patriotism as the country works toward growth and unity.

“As we celebrate today, let us remember their achievements and embrace the responsibilities they left for us,” he said.
Raji mentioned Nigeria’s status as the most populous black nation in the world, emphasizing the country’s rich human and natural resources.
He acknowledged the challenges Nigeria faces but stressed that the country’s diversity and unity are key strengths that will lead to progress.
“Nigeria will shine as we focus on values like patriotism, hard work, and national unity,” he remarked.
Encouraging patience and perseverance, Hon. Raji reminded people that “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”
He recognized that obstacles exist but expressed confidence in the unbreakable Nigerian spirit.
“Though there may be challenges, we are known for our courage and our hope for a better future,” he declared, urging citizens to prioritize peace and unity.
Hon. Raji also drums supports for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, praising the president for taking bold steps toward long-term national prosperity.
He encouraged Nigerians to be patient, assuring them that the benefits of these reforms will soon be seen.
“These policies may be difficult now, but they are necessary for our future,” he added.
In closing, Hon. Raji asked Nigerians to take an active role in building the nation, highlighting the need for good leadership and engaged citizens to change the country’s socioeconomic and political landscape.
