Eko Hot Blog reports that the Olu Epe of Epe Kingdom, Oba (Dr) Shefiu Olatunji Adewale, on Wednesday, presided over Eid-Al-Fitr festivities at Oke Balogun in Epe, Lagos State.
The festivities, which marked the end of Ramadan, was graced by the esteemed presence of the Sheikh Abdulrahman Abiola Sadallah, the Grand Chief Imam of Epe Division.
The imam led the congregation in prayer at the Eid ground on Wednesday.
Following the prayers, the Shiekh delivered a heartfelt goodwill message, urging all Muslims to remain steadfast in their faith and to refrain from returning to negative habits.
He emphasized the importance of assisting the less fortunate in society and offered prayers for the prosperity and well-being of Nigeria, expressing hope for a brighter future for all citizens.
The event was marked by a spirit of unity and community, with attendees embracing the spirit of Eid and reflecting on the significance of the occasion.
