He stated, “My tenure as President of the Guidance Community Development Foundation, alongside my experience as a Financial Controller in the corporate sector, has equipped me with the skills to deliver measurable results, manage resources effectively, and foster inclusive growth.”
Adisa is particularly focused on empowering the youth and women of Osun, citing initiatives like summer classes for secondary school students, scholarship schemes, and interest-free loans for women and youth over the last six years as evidence of his dedication to creating economic opportunities. These efforts align with his vision for a progressive Osun State.
A central pillar of his campaign will be food security. He plans to support smallholder farmers, promote modern agricultural practices, and improve access to affordable farming inputs, with the aim of making Osun self-reliant in food production. His government would prioritize value-chain development, agro-processing hubs, and expanding access to both local and international markets to create jobs and improve livelihoods.
With his background in financial planning, industrial project management, and securing affordable funding, Adisa believes he has the expertise to transform Osun into an industrial and economic hub. He is confident in his ability to attract investment and create jobs, revitalizing the state’s economy and improving the lives of its people.
“I am deeply connected to the grassroots and committed to the most vulnerable in our society,” he continued. “My governance will be inclusive and people-centered, addressing the needs of both rural and urban communities. Through initiatives like providing mobility aids, clothing, and academic materials, I have demonstrated my commitment to uplifting the vulnerable.”
Adisa sees Osun’s abundant mineral resources and rich tourism assets as key drivers for sustainable development. He also highlighted his strong ties with foreign donors from the United States, Europe, and Arab nations, which he believes will help secure resources for the state’s advancement.
Under the banner of “Together for a Progressive Osun,” Adisa promised to unite the state, overcoming political and social divides to deliver development, transparency, and integrity in governance. His comprehensive plans aim to address challenges in healthcare, education, infrastructure, food security, and equitable resource distribution.
“I am prepared to serve Osun State with integrity, dedication, and a firm commitment to progress,” Adisa concluded. “I have done it before, and I am ready to do it again—on a larger scale. Osun, I am ready. Send me.”
Together, he said, they will build a better, more prosperous Osun for all.
