Iconic Islamic leaders and clerics, prominent kings, and statesmen in Epe gathered at Marina Field in Epe to pay homage to Late Alhaja Sherifat Olaiya Oladipupo on the occasion of her 8th Day Fidau Prayer.
Alhaja Sherifat Olaiya Oladipupo passed away on Thursday, 23rd of January 2025, after a brief illness and was buried on Friday, 24th of January 2025.
The 8th Day Fidau Prayer scheduled for Friday, January 31, 2025, featured prayers of supplication for late Alhaja Sherifat’s soul to find solace in Aljaana Fridaus and a kind aftermath for her beloved families and loved ones.
Among the dignified individuals who graced the occasion were Chief Imam of Epe, Sheikh Abdulrahman Abiola Sadallah, H.R.M. Oba Babatunde Ogunlaja J.P, High Chief Akanni Seriki Bamu, Member of APC Governors Advisory Council, H.R.M. Oba Musiliu Abiola Oliwo, Gbadewolu 1, Aladepekun of Odo-Egiri KingdomProfesor Nasirudeen Onibon, Vice Chancelor of Lagos State University of Education, and other representatives of the Kings and Chieftains within and beyond Epe community.
