There has been some arguments on social media about the nationality of the two gallant men that followed Apollo Crews in the iconic uniform of the Nigerian army on WWE Smackdown.
Some research by WWE African enthusiast Olamide Sunday Oyetunji has confirm the real identity of the two fresh faces on sporting entertainment television, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
The Apollo Crews guards were played by WWE NXT Superstars Desmond Troy who goes by the real name Denzel Dejournette and Trick Belton.
Desmond Troy is an American who has a background in amateur wrestling just like Dolph Ziggler and Kurt Angle and was signed nearly three years ago back in July 2018.
He has also been spotted working in several RAW, SmackDown and NXT TV matches in 2020.
Trick Belton a.k.a Matrick Belton was just signed in the WWE Performance Center class that was announced few weeks ago with Parker Boudreaux and others.
Trick is a talented musician that played college football and attended a NFL training camp for the Philadelphia Eagles.
