Current Prices of Key Commodities

Rice:
- A 50kg bag of foreign rice is now selling between ₦72,000 and ₦75,000, depending on the brand and market location.
- A 50kg bag of locally produced rice is slightly lower, priced between ₦69,000 and ₦70,000.

Beans:
- The cost of 100kg of white beans has surged to ₦110,000, a significant rise from ₦89,000 recorded last month.

Tomatoes:
- A small basket of fresh tomatoes now costs between ₦3,000 and ₦3,500, reflecting a price increase from previous months.

Noodles and Spaghetti:
- A carton of Indomie noodles (70g pack) is currently priced between ₦3,000 and ₦3,800, depending on the market.
- A carton of spaghetti (500g pack) is selling for between ₦6,700 and ₦6,800.

Edible Oils:
- A 25-litre container of groundnut oil is now sold for approximately ₦32,500.
- A 75cl bottle of palm oil has increased from ₦1,000 to ₦1,500.
