Actress Princess Chineke Leaves Nollywood, Joins U.S. Army

Princess Chineke, a former beauty queen and Nollywood actress, has embarked on a new journey by joining the United States Army.

Princess, who once represented Anambra State in the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant, shared the surprising career switch on her Instagram page.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the former Miss UNIBEN revealed her decision to trade her acting career and modeling achievements for military service in her adopted country.

Expressing her passion for her new role, she wrote:
“I’m an American Soldier. I am a member of a team. We are the Army and proud of our name. We are the Army and proudly proclaim. I answered the call of service to my country, to serve the people of the United States. This I will defend, so help me God.”
She concluded with: “God bless America. What God cannot do does not exist.”

Before this transition, Princess enjoyed a thriving career in the entertainment industry, gracing television commercials, billboards, and runways. She featured in numerous movies and television series, including Battleground, Forever in Me, Last Flight to Abuja, Super Story, Papa Ajasco, Tales of Eve, Ada Mbano, To Love a Sister, Amaonyebuoneye, Give it Up, Masters at War, 2Broken, Airline Bases, Mmeso, Royal Maid, Professor Johnbull, and AY Show Skit, among others.

Princess’s decision to join the military reflects her commitment to serve and make a difference in her new homeland.
