Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State has declared Monday, October 7, 2024, a public holiday for teachers in the state in celebration of World Teachers’ Day.
The announcement was made through a statement by the state’s Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Sa’adatu Moddibo Kawu, to acknowledge the vital role teachers play in the education sector.
