Role Overview
The Consumer Planning team plays a strategic role in identifying growth opportunities, shaping market interventions, and driving consumer and shopper engagement. This role is essential in uncovering deep consumer insights, understanding purchasing behaviors, and crafting marketing strategies that drive sales across all channels.
As a Consumer Planning / Research Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing brand connections with consumers, implementing the Connections Planning Model, and delivering data-driven strategies that ensure impactful media and creative executions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the connections planning process, collaborating with media agencies and brand teams to develop integrated consumer engagement plans.
- Utilize data and insights to understand market challenges, predict trends, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Drive strategic media investments by influencing senior stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve connections plans for strategic brands, conducting quarterly evaluations with the Marketing Leadership Team.
- Build strong partnerships with external agencies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in integrated media or connections planning, with expertise in social and digital media.
- Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive activities.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships effectively.
