Job Summary
ROVEDANA LIMITED, a Human Resources and Business Processing Company, is seeking an experienced and competent International Trade Admin Executive. In this role, you will handle administrative and basic accounting functions with a focus on immigration matters related to expatriates.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties for staff and expatriates.
- Handle basic accounting tasks including daily and monthly income and expenditure accounts.
- Compute payroll, manage pension and tax filings.
- Provide audit support and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Manage VAT filings and petty cash via Excel.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Executive or in a related role.
- Experience with immigration matters concerning expatriates.
- Previous experience in international trading is desirable but not compulsory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and office tools.
