Sanwo-Olu Shares Details Of Food Security Program In Niger State
Eko Hot Blog reports that the Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu, took to his official Facebook page to share details about the Food Security and Agricultural Mechanization Program in Niger State, which he attended alongside President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In his post, Governor Sanwo-Olu stated, “Today, I joined His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the flag-off of the Food Security and Agricultural Mechanization Program in Niger State.”

He provided further context about the program, explaining, “The project, an initiative of the Niger State government, is for the deployment of cutting-edge agricultural machinery and technology for large-scale agro-value chain development in the state.”
This initiative holds particular significance for Lagos State, as Governor Sanwo-Olu highlighted, “We recently signed an MoU with Niger State for the Produce For Lagos Initiative, paving the way for a sustainable agricultural future, where food security and productivity thrives between Lagos State and Niger State.”
