Job Description
Are you a fashion enthusiast with exceptional leadership skills? As the Female Store Supervisor, you’ll manage store operations, inspire the sales team, and drive the boutique’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store’s organization and cleanliness reflect the Gidi Chic Boutique brand.
- Analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Passion for fashion, with a keen eye for trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
