The Executive Chairman of Epe Local Government, Hon. Princess Surah Olayemi Animashaun, FHTI, has reaffirmed her administration’s commitment to investing in the future of children by hosting hundreds of primary school pupils to an educational support programme aimed at inspiring learning and promoting academic excellence.

A major highlight of the programme was the presentation of a specially produced animation showcasing the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, Hon. Wale Raji, Hon. Abiodun Tobun, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu (Sketel), as well as the developmental projects executed by the administration of Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun across Epe Local Government.
The interactive presentation captivated the pupils, who watched with excitement as they learned about leadership, public service and development initiatives aimed at improving the lives of residents.
Beyond the educational session, Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun personally presented educational materials and cash gifts to the pupils, bringing smiles to their faces and encouraging them to remain focused on their academic pursuits.
Speaking at the event, the council chairman reaffirmed her belief that education remains one of the greatest investments any society can make.
“Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, dream and succeed. By investing in the education of our children today, we are laying a solid foundation for a brighter and more prosperous Epe tomorrow,” she said.
She assured parents, teachers and residents that her administration would continue to implement programmes that support quality education, nurture young talents and provide opportunities for children to realise their full potential.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the initiative, describing it as motivating and impactful.
