Tayo Ayinde Celebrates 60th Birthday by Giving Back to Alma Mater

Ekohotblog reports that Tayo Ayinde, Chief of Staff to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday visited St. Peters Anglican Primary School in Ikeja, his alma mater, to mark his 60th birthday.

 

During the visit, Ayinde donated exercise books to the students and commended the teachers for their commitment and dedication to education.

In his address, Ayinde expressed his gratitude for the basic impact the school played in his life.

 

He emphasize on the dedication of the teachers who instilled in him the values of hard work, discipline, and integrity.

 

“This visit is a heartfelt return to give back to the institution that shaped my life.I am extremely honored to give back to St. Peters’ Anglican Primary School in celebration of my 60th birthday,” Ayinde stated.

 

He stated the importance of education as a tool for unlocking potential and achieving dreams.

 

“These exercise books are not just gifts; they are tools to help you discover your innovation and succeed,” Ayinde said.

 

He also called on fellow alumni to support and give back to the school and create a culture of generosity.

Ayinde stated that while a thanksgiving service was not possible due to school sessions, he chose to invest in the students’ future.

 

He advised them to face their education, keep striving through challenges, and give back to their communities.

Ayinde concluded his speech with a challenge for the students to persist for excellence and make a positive impact on the world.

 

He extended his praises to the headteacher, teachers, and staff for their dedication and declared his commitment to supporting the school in the future.
