Acknowledging the Army’s vital role in safeguarding constitutional order during elections, Tinubu praised their professional conduct in recent state elections. He highlighted the significance of civilian-military projects across Nigeria, strengthening community ties and enhancing living conditions.
Underlining his commitment to national defense enhancement, Tinubu stressed modernization efforts, citing recent aircraft procurements. Expressing gratitude for the Armed Forces’ sacrifices, he announced substantial life assurance benefits for fallen heroes’ families and assured continued government support for serving personnel and their families.
Minister of Defence, Abubakar Badaru, lauded Tinubu’s strategy, affirming increased morale and progress in the fight against insecurity. Pledging sustained support, Badaru vowed investments in operational capabilities.
