Grammy-winning Afrobeats sensation, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, a.k.a Wizkid, says football would have been his alternate career if music hadn’t worked out.

Known for his chart-topping hits, the Nigerian superstar shared his passion for the sport and his admiration for the discipline required to succeed in football.
Wizkid, who played on his school’s football team, acknowledged that his impatience and dislike for early morning training sessions led him to focus on music instead.
“If I wasn’t doing music, I would be playing football, I play football real good, I used to be in my school team”, he said.
2. Bbnaija: Chinwe May Be Pregnant -Organizers
The organizers of Big Brother Naija have raised the alarm that season 9 contestant, Chinwe, may be pregnant.
The organizers revealed that Chinwe has been complaining of feeling sick while actively expecting her monthly period that has exceeded the due date.
In a recent post on their official X page, they shared a video of Chinwe and partner, Zion, sleeping, with the caption:
“Legend says that when a woman is pregnant, those around her tend to fall asleep or feel sleepy. What are your thoughts, #BBNaija fans?”
This comes after a video glimpse of Chinwe and Zion having s3x in the Big Brother bathroom went viral.
3. Jennifer Lopez Files for Divorce from Ben Affleck After Two Years of Marriage
Jennifer Lopez has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, US media reported Tuesday, marking the end of their second chance at romance after two years of marriage.
The couple, famously known as “Bennifer” during their first high-profile relationship in the early 2000s, rekindled their romance nearly 20 years later.
However, Lopez has now filed divorce papers at a Los Angeles court, according to Variety and TMZ.
Lopez’s representative declined to comment, and Affleck’s publicist has not yet responded to requests for comment EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
4. How Police Officer ‘Stole’ my N3,000 During Car Search – Phyna
Josephine Ijeoma Otabor, known as Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ edition, has accused a police officer of stealing N3,000 from her.
In a post on X, Phyna claimed the money was taken from her car’s pigeonhole during a stop-and-search operation in Lagos. She asserted that the money was missing after the search and that she did not hand it to the officer.
Phyna wrote: “So today a policeman stole my 3k….. while they were searching my car today there was 3k in my pigeon hole…. and before I could blink I nor see my 3k again because I didn’t give it him.” As of now, the Lagos State Police Command has not responded to the allegations EKO HOT BLOG reports.
