Trading Activities Disrupted On Lagos Rail Corridor.
Following the on-going construction work of the new rail lines, trading activities on the corridor of rail lines in Ikeja and Oshodi have been disrupted.
Some group of armed plain-clothes men suspected to be task-force on regularly occasion reportedly force street traders off the rail track in Ikeja.
Eko Blog gathered that the resisting traders who struggle to pack some of their wares soon return to the scene shortly after the departure of the task-force agents.
In the same vein, the Oshodi axis typically known for heavy trade activities has surprisingly been cleared as the roadside traders on the walk-way as the new bus station jealously guard their positions.

While construction work progresses, trading activities though reduced, pedestrians complained that the passage is getting messy and worse to use anytime it rains, urging the government to fast track the pace of work in the area.
