Transfer: Juventus Eye Osimhen As Replacement For Vlahovic
Paolo Paganini, the football chief at Rai Sports, indicated that the Turin club has grown disillusioned with their current forward, Dusan Vlahovic, and views the Nigerian striker as a viable replacement.
Paganini noted that Juventus does not believe Vlahovic is on par with other elite strikers in Serie A, such as Lautaro Martinez of Inter Milan or Osimhen during his tenure at Napoli.

“Juventus don’t have a top-level first striker,” Paganini stated.
“There are two names for Juventus’ attack. One is Jonathan David, the Lille centre forward, Canadian, so there is also the slot for non-EU players; his contract expires in 2025.
“The other is Osimhen, because it is true that he has the clause, but the relationships between Osimhen, his agent, and (Juve chief Cristiano) Giuntoli are very strong, so be careful because this summer there could be a sensational return.”
Osimhen, currently on loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray from Napoli, has made an impressive impact since joining the club earlier this month.
The 25-year-old has played a pivotal role in his first two matches for the Super Lig champions, providing key assists, including one during their 3-1 derby victory over Fenerbahce last Saturday.

His standout performances have attracted attention from English Premier League side Chelsea, who are reportedly keeping a close eye on his situation. The London club is considering a move for him ahead of the January transfer window, thanks to a break clause in his loan agreement with Galatasaray.
As the reigning CAF Player of the Year continues to shine in Turkey, Juventus is also weighing their options carefully. With Osimhen’s loan set to last until the end of the season, any potential transfer would require meticulous negotiations with all parties involved.
For now, the former Lille player is focused on his career at Galatasaray, aiming to contribute to the club’s defense of their Super Lig title and to make an impact in the Europa League.
