Inter Milan has advanced to the next stage of the Copa Italia, the semi finals to be precise after a wonderful 90 minutes performance.
The match was though tough as expected, as both Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored for their teams respectively. The former Manchester United teammates then became enmeshed in a tense rift which simmered to boiling point at half time, with Lukaku and Ibrahimovic being dragged away by teammates as they headed for the dressing room to prevent physical altercation.
Ibrahimovic was ultimately dismissed midway into the second half for a second bookable offence, before the keenly contested match was settled by a superb 97th minute free kick by Christian Eriksen.
