Umoren’s eviction from the GUS comes a few hours after Emmanuel Nnebe was also asked to leave the show.
The latest eviction leaves the number of contestants contesting for the show’s N50 million grand prize at 13.
Last week, the trio of Olayinka Omoya, Mfon Mikel, and Gerald Odeka were sent packing from the survival show.
Gulder Ultimate Search also called GUS is a Nigerian reality television series, created and sponsored by Nigerian Breweries Plc to promote the Gulder Lager Beer.
The first season of the contest premiered in 2004 with Ezeugo Egwuagwu emerging as the first winner of the show.
The show, currently in its 12th season, made its return after four-year hiatus.
This year’s edition of the show is tagged ‘The Age of Craftsmanship’ and involves a total of 18 contestants.
The contestants who are presently camped in a jungle are expected to compete against each other in quest for a secret treasure that would offer fame and wealth to the last person standing.
