With Almost 5,000 Points, Djokovic Stays Top In New ATP Rankings
Despite his impressive victory in the French Open final against Dominic Thiem as well as throughout the entire tournament, Rafael Nadal is still the World No. 2.
In the men’s tennis rankings released on Monday by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), Nadal as Novak Djokovic still leads.
However, the leading eight positions are unchanged, with French Open losing finalist, Dominic Thiem, still fourth behind Roger Federer.
Only Russia’s Karen Khachanov and Italy’s Fabio Fognini at ninth and 10th respectively, are the new players in the top 10 as John Isner and Juan Martin del Potro drop out of the top 10.
