Woman Caught Dumping Refuse in Canal, Made to Clean Up as Community Service

Ekohotblog reports that a woman, whose identity has been withheld, was apprehended by law enforcement officers after being caught in the act of illegally dumping refuse into the Labora-Owode/Abijo canal.

 

Despite several warnings from concerned individuals against such an act, the woman disobeyed the caution and proceeded to dispose of her waste in the waterway.

Her actions were immediately addressed by local authorities, who ordered her to remove the dumped waste as a form of community service.

 

This incident serves as a  warning to others who might have consider harming the environment through careless  dumping of refuse.
