In a momentous celebration of leadership and legacy, Hon. Engr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa has been inaugurated for a second term as the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area. Simultaneously, he has emerged as the Chairman of Conference 57 — the umbrella body of all LGA/LCDA Chairmen in Lagos State.
Ekohotblog reports that these two achievements have drawn widespread commendation, particularly from the youth constituency.

Among the first to send in heartfelt congratulations was Amb. Ibraheem Ogunbanwo, Treasurer of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter and founder of the Young Leaders Forum.
“With a heart overflowing with gratitude and joy, I celebrate a monumental double milestone of a man whose life embodies service, vision, and transformative leadership,” Ogunbanwo said.
Describing Hon. Olowa as “a father, a mentor, a pathfinder, a pace-setter, and above all, a friend of the youth,” he noted that the chairman’s achievements “are not mere titles,
they are a testament to your exceptional leadership, your consistency in delivering results, and your depth of experience from both the private and public sectors.”
“Your renewed agenda for Ibeju-Lekki radiates hope, growth, opportunity, and prosperity. It assures us that greater days lie ahead, not only for Ibeju-Lekki but for the entire Epe Division and Lagos State at large,” he added.
He expressed confidence that Olowa’s emergence as Chairman of Conference 57 will usher in greater inclusivity and development across Lagos State:
“I am confident that your new role will open doors for more inclusive development across Lagos State, and by extension, bring greater dividends to Epe Division.”
Speaking on behalf of the youth, Ogunbanwo reaffirmed unwavering support:
“Though the tasks ahead are enormous, we, the youth constituency, stand solidly with you. We believe in your vision, capacity, and expertise. And above all, we pray that Almighty Allah continues to strengthen and guide you in wisdom and health.”
