EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Spokesperson of the Peter Obi-Yusuf Datti Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Yunusa Tanko, has renounced claims of southwest members of the Labour Party dissolving into the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Rumours had emerged on Monday alleging that the Labour Party in the Southwest zone has collapsed its structure into the APC.

Southwest Labour Party Chairman, Omotoso Banji, led the party leadership to collapse its structure in Akure, the capital of Ondo State.
The new APC members promised to mobilise support for Bola Tinubu, the presidential flag-bearer of the APC.
But reacting, Tanko said the news was false.
“It is wrong information,” Tanko told Punch.
“There is nothing like LP collapsing structure for anybody in the South West. Is there a different South West we don’t know about?
“It is just a creation of some disgruntled elements and irrelevant persons who just want to cause disharmony in our party.
