NAMDA emphasized its ongoing dialogue with the Federal Government, particularly commending the Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Olatunji Alausa, for his proactive steps and open engagement with the association’s leadership.

While restating its dedication to professionalism and service, NAMDA also warned university Vice Chancellors against applying the “no work, no pay” policy to its members, insisting that they remain at their duty posts.
The association further called on university administrators to ensure an enabling work environment for its members and maintain peace and order across campuses, including Colleges of Medicine.
