Key stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Jigawa State have declared their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s second-term bid in 2027.
During a ceremony in Dutse, Eko Hot Blog reports that the APC commissioned a new “Renewed Hope Sensitization office”, which Hon. Bashir Gumel donated to serve as a hub for documenting President Tinubu’s projects and mobilizing people for the 2027 general elections.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that speaking to a large crowd of loyalists, Gumel assured them the office will provide public awareness about the president’s initiatives. He also added that with Tinubu’s wide acceptance across Nigeria, Jigawa’s APC stakeholders are determined to fully support his re-election campaign.
“This office is a testament to our resolve… to ensure that the President continues the good works he started in 2023,” he stated this aligns with the party’s strategy to secure early support across key states.
The event, which former Jigawa State Governor and current Minister of Defence, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, led, saw a strong turnout of APC stalwarts.
Other attendees included members of the state House of Assembly, former local government chairmen, and representatives from many APC support groups.
