EPL: Full List Of Nominees For Players Of The Month Of April 2021
- The Premier League Player of the Month is an association football award that recognises the best adjudged EPL player each month of the season.
- Eight players are nominated for the award
EPL has nominated eight men, including Liverpool striker Trent Alexander-Arnold and Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood.
Jesse Lingard, a former United player, makes the list after a fantastic month with West Ham, while Kelechi Iheanacho gets the nod after stealing the show at the King Power Stadium.
(1.) Trent Alexander-Arnold
Right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold was somewhere near his best too, scoring once and assisting two more.
Liverpool went unbeaten in April as they look to climb up the league and qualify for next season’s Champions League.
(2.) Stuart Dallas
Stuart Dallas scored both goals in that 2-1 win and is a nominee for April POTM.
Leeds were another unbeaten side last month, and that included an impressive victory over table-toppers and Champions League finalists Manchester City.
(3.) Mason Greenwood
The 19-year-old scored a winner against Brighton & Hove Albion, scored goals and assists at Tottenham Hotspur, played against Burnley twice.
(4.) Chris Wood
With a total of four goals and three assists in April, Chris Wood is one of the front runners for the April Player of the Month award.

(5.) Jesse Lingard
Jesse Lingard has been nominated for Player of the Month twice since arriving in East London, but could it be the third time lucky for the England international?
(6.) Kelechi Iheanacho
The Leicester City striker scored four goals and registered two assists after winning the EA SPORTS award in March.
Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheancho won the award last month after he helped his side ensured they remain 3rd on the League table with his goals. His goals included a spectacular strike against West Ham United and Crystal Palace.
(7.) Matheus Pereira
The Brazilian attacker scored four goals and bagged two assists in his four appearances across April, helping Albion to two victories and one draw.
Matheus kicked-off the month in scintillating style at Stamford Bridge, scoring two and creating two in Albion’s memorable 5-2 win against Chelsea.
(8.) Alan San Maximin
Saint-Maximin returned from injury to help Newcastle go unbeaten, inspiring a comeback win at Burnley with a goal and an assist and impressing versus Spurs, West Ham and Liverpool.
