The coordinated cyberattacks exposed names, addresses, emails, and Social Security numbers of registered clients. The breach has led to a class action lawsuit filed on January 15, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Although the hack was reportedly orchestrated by Russia-based BlackCat, the lawsuit states that most of the stolen data was downloaded by individuals in Nigeria, followed by Russia and Brazil.
