Atiku, who arrived at 12:37 p.m., was accompanied by former governors of Sokoto and Cross River States, Senator Aminu Tambuwal and Senator Liyel Imoke, along with other prominent political figures from the northern region.
Upon arrival, Atiku and his entourage were received by Oyewole Fasawe, an associate of the former president, before proceeding to the private meeting with Obasanjo.
