Lagos, Nigeria – The Minister For Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to quality education during his familiarization and quality assurance tour of universities and higher institutions in Lagos, EkoHotBlog can exclusively report.
During his visit to Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Dr. Alausa commended the institution’s Rector and management for maintaining high academic and structural standards.

He lauded their adoption of digital technology in both teaching and administration, emphasizing its role in modern education.
The minister outlined key initiatives aimed at enhancing education standards across the country.
These include expanding technical and vocational education, strengthening STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medical Sciences) programs, and improving access to education for the girl child. He also stressed the need to boost the morale of administrators to facilitate better learning environments.

Dr. Alausa assured stakeholders that quality assurance remains a top priority for the government.
