Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personalized and exceptional guest experiences with every interaction.
Act as an ambassador for ALL – Accor’s loyalty program, engaging and assisting non-members.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate account management.
Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide relevant information.
Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and positively.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest services, including room allocations and changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in hotel front office operations is an advantage.
A First Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Familiarity with Opera PMS is desirable but not mandatory.
