Oba Abimbola Owoade, the Alaafin of Oyo-elect, has generously donated state-of-the-art hospital equipment and consumables worth millions of naira to the local community health centre.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that his media aide, Bode Durojaiye, announced from Ibadan—the capital of Oyo State—that the advanced equipment arrived in town on Friday and will soon be installed at the centre.

Durojaiye explained that the donation is part of an effort to promote balanced community development and bolster Governor Seyi Makinde’s vision of inclusive governance. “The goal is to support the less privileged by addressing their health challenges,” he noted.
Owoade expressed optimism that the new tools, which include ultrasound machines, electrical beds, and other essential items, will significantly ease the difficulties many residents face in accessing quality medical care.
