Sané, however, redeemed himself by setting up Michael Olise, who slotted home the equalizer just before halftime.
Leon Goretzka then put Bayern in front midway through the second half, winning possession high up the pitch before finishing past Alexander Nübel. Kingsley Coman sealed the win in stoppage time with a clinical strike.
The victory extends Bayern’s lead at the top of the Bundesliga to 11 points ahead of Bayer Leverkusen, who face Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
